Tongnin is a leader who walks the talk and pushes her team with a “can do” attitude. She puts the needs of the patients first and works hard to engage her team in the changes. She shows a great attitude toward patient focus, especially with Middle Eastern patients. She leads all staff with her role model, such as finding patient needs and leading to care for them with nursing standard practice and also patient family. In addition, her team got the reward in patient safety theme.
