Not only is Toni willing to drop everything and come help dig us out a bad situation, but she also gives so much of her time to patients, staff, and administration. She comes up with unique and creative ways to promote employee engagement. She always has a positive response when faced with challenges. She guides and teaches staff new responses/approaches to patients, families, and other staff to help make the experience in our facility a good one. She is the embodiment of what being a nurse should be. She is loyal, caring to all, helpful, selfless, positive, loving, and so much more.
While I can say that I could do my job without Toni, I would absolutely never want too. She makes us all better nurses, aides, unit clerks, just by her presence and encouragement. She is a true mentor in every sense of the word.
