Toni was my nurse from the start of my transfer to this hospital, and her warmth made me feel comfortable right away. She broke the ice with a joke and regularly checked on me, explaining my situation in detail. One memorable moment occurred when my oxygen levels dropped in the bathroom.

Toni quickly came to my aid, helping me back to bed and raising my oxygen levels, sensing something was wrong before I mentioned it. She truly exemplified a nurse who goes above and beyond. Toni was more than just a caregiver; she felt like a friend during a challenging time.
