I would like to thank Nurse Tonia for giving me the strength to get through the night. It all started from the time she entered my room, introducing herself to me. What intrigued me more was the fact that she came in with a plan to get me up and moving. From walking around to staying hydrated, Tonia explained just how important these acts were to my recovery. When my medicine was given, she took extra time to fully explain each medication to me and their purposes and consistently check in on me to make sure I was emptying properly.
