Tonja knows that I get badly confused therefore I get lost easily. Twice I got lost trying to return to my appointment with my PCP after using the men's room and twice Tonja was waiting at the end of the hall to show me how to get back. She is always friendly and a great nurse. If it was not for nurses like her the Veterans would not get the care they need.
