Tony is a very inspirational nurse when I felt like giving up he refused to let me speak negatively about my healing process.
I came into the hospital as a very sick patient, and after waking up days later in MICU I was in pure panic mode of not knowing my whereabouts. Tony was the first and only person I saw. I was scared and crying nonstop. Tony took the time to explain to me that I was in the hospital and that, I was going to be alright. Tony displayed the most compassion when he was caring for me as if I was one of his family members. When I was in pain and I pushed my nurse call button he never dragged his feet to give me my meds. Tony always kept me informed on what was about to transpire. When I needed water or supplies to take care of my hygiene he would provide what I needed and also got one of his female co-workers to help me with my baths and bedding. Tony is a very inspirational nurse when I felt like giving up he refused to let me speak negatively about my healing process. In the days that I spent in MICU, I went from feeling fearful to trusting a nurse whom I've never seen a day in my life. Feeling positive and happy about the road ahead of me was all because of Tony's genuine heart that he has for his patients!
I cannot say THANK YOU enough Tony for taking such great care of me, and I also thank GOD for blessing you with a compassionate spirit to care for others.
