Tony was recognized by a patient for taking such good care of her even when she was not the easiest patient to care for. An allergic reaction to medication had left the patient in severe pain and agitated. Tony made her feel like she was the only patient he had. When she needed assistance Tony was there and never hesitated to comfort her when she was in distress. Tony took initiative to try and find options for her plan of care. The patient stated Tony was a rare find, a jewel and an asset to the team. Tony went far and beyond for her and truly is a care giver who does his job because he cares about his patients.
