The patient wrote: On days I have no hope, or I'm too stressed or just down and out, Tony always knows what to say or just does anything he can to help me. He's been nothing but kind and nice. He puts care into everything he does. He'll put the patient before him any day. I fell and lost my balance onto the bed, but he jumped over my table to try and catch me, which could have hurt him a lot more just trying to catch me.
