Our Transport Team responded to Anderson Hospital for a depressed newborn. Further details from the referring physician painted a fairly bleak picture. Knowing that the responding Team could use the extra hands, our CSN called Toni for help. Toni was scheduled to come in that evening and lives just minutes away from Anderson. Without hesitation, Toni drove her car to Anderson and assisted the Team. The addition of Toni's expertise and helping hands helped to give this critically ill kiddo a fighting chance. This nomination is not submitted because of this singular event, but because this is typical for Toni Clark. A true example of a professional, patient-centered Transport Nurse.
