Yesterday, when Tonya had downtime between patients, she took the initiative to begin LPN assessments to help us out. She even "jokingly" scolded me for completing my admission before she came to help. This is not unusual for Tonya, as she is one of the hardest-working, most selfless nurses I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
