I have severe anxiety, and this is my first child. Tonya helped me with everything I needed. She answered all the questions I had and made me, and my family, feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable. She is the best nurse I had the entire time I was there.
By the time I was going to bed, Tonya had my anxiety completely gone. She didn't only make sure I was comfortable, she made sure my whole family was good. She went well beyond what she had to do and was very informative. Tonya has incredible people skills and made me laugh and kept me calm even when I had to do a shot I wasn't comfortable with. She is a shining star at MercyOne.
