Tonya is a thoughtful, skilled, and attentive nurse, and today was no different while managing a stroke alert. She calmly stabilized the patient.

She then found out that a patient’s daughter was getting married that day, and the patient could not attend the wedding. When the daughter arrived, Tonya had cleaned and dressed the patient, done his hair, and cleaned and prepared the room with backdrops so the family could get pictures. She helped the daughter change into her wedding dress and veil so the patient and family could have a beautiful, memorable moment together with beautiful pictures to match.

Tonya goes above and beyond for all her patients. This was a special moment created for the patient and family, all because of Tonya. It is a privilege to work with a nurse like her.
