First of all, Win is simply awesome. Her smile is contagious. Her energy and spirit can completely light up the room. For a patient who just lost 1/5 of his lung, having Win here is simply a godsend. You really can't describe it, you have to feel it yourself. OMG, for me, it sure felt great. Like all the other nurses, she is professional, sensitive, and caring. You know immediately that she is here for you, looking after you, and taking good care of you. She made me felt comfortable, safe, positive, and respected. I don't enjoy coming to the hospital, but I sure enjoyed meeting her. Kaiser and patients like me are lucky to have her. Honestly, Win might have saved my life because she took care of me, tried to listen and understand my needs, she prevented me from being discharged prematurely. She double-checked my oxygen level and my heart rate, she noticed some irregularities and called attention to the medical team. For what I had been through the second night, I am thankful and glad that I didn't end up leaving early or prematurely. Win is truly my guidance angel. She doesn't just save lives, she enriches them, one patient at a time.
