Tori Boldt demonstrated remarkable compassion, courage, and advocacy  during a highly challenging patient situation post D&C procedure.

 had the opportunity to witness firsthand how Tori stepped up in a moment when the patient was experiencing overwhelming fear, uncertainty, and emotional distress. While many around were unsure how to proceed, Tori remained calm, grounded, and focused entirely on what mattered most—caring for the patient with dignity and respect.

Despite the complexity of the case and the tensions involved, Tori never wavered in her role as the patient’s advocate. She made sure the patient felt heard, supported, and informed every step of the way. Her straightforward communication and willingness to be present when others hesitated brought immense comfort and trust to the patient, who expressed deep gratitude for finally feeling safe and understood. What stood out most to me was how Tori balanced professionalism with empathy. She worked tirelessly to bridge the gap between the patient and the care team, always prioritizing the patient’s well-being.

It was clear her actions helped bring not only peace of mind, but also contributed directly to a positive outcome—one that allowed the patient to return home to her children. Witnessing Tori’s strength, integrity, and heart in that moment reminded me of why we do what we do. Her compassion truly made a life-changing difference, and I can think of no one more deserving of this recognition.
