Her compassion with my Dad even under difficult circumstances was amazing. Tori remembered him from past stays. She tried to help him be comfortable again during a difficult time for him. She did an amazing job of explaining what was happening. She also did a very respectful job of sharing our wishes with the next night nurse and offering hints that had been helpful when he was upset. She made a terrible day for us manageable.
