Tori is a strong student who does not shy away from helping others. I observed Tori many times throughout her first and second terms in nursing school, during which she spent extra time, above and beyond what was required for her own preparation, to work collaboratively with other students in the nursing simulation lab. During her time in the lab, Tori was always kind and professional and was well-respected by her peers and faculty. Tori was recommended to me to be a Student Lab Assistant in the Nursing Simulation lab because of these qualities. She enjoyed helping other students in the lab to learn new skills and assessments. Although I never had Tori in clinical, I have no doubt she treats her patients and their families with the same compassion and caring attitude that she exuded in the lab with her peers and other students.
