I needed to have a fatty tumor removed from my instep. The rigors of arranging transport and coordinating prescriptions, crutches, scooters, etc. were daunting. Tori broke everything down, made a number of calls, and had me in and out in record time with all my concerns being completely addressed.

Surgery is a daunting undertaking. Tori was as friendly and funny as a person can be. Instead of counting the seconds on the clock dreading my procedure, I found myself laughing and telling/listening to stories. Unfortunately, my health record is rather extensive. Tori took a great deal of time (where others did not) mapping everything out and entering/changing the data bank to accurately reflect my previous/present health status.

Upon awaking from sedation, I found my relative waiting to drive me home due to Tori’s call. I was a bit groggy, so she reviewed the highlights to be certain that everyone was on the right page. She exemplifies the degree of professionalism and sincere concern/care that cannot be taught. You are either born with that degree of intelligence and empathy or you are not. I have had many, many nurses. Almost all of them were good at their job. I must say that Tori was the BEST. She is a credit to your organization and exemplifies everything that a professional should be. Simply put- Tori Corcoran is a “CRACKER JACK”.
