Tori was excellent in her duty as RN. She explained everything in laymen terms, everything that was happening and was going to happen in the procedure putting my mind at ease. Tori was busy with patients but was able to check up often to be sure I was comfortable and if I had any needs. I found her cheerful, got along very well with the other nurses, and very hard working. I am grateful that she chose nursing as her profession. 5 gold stars

I returned to have surgery on my left wrist for carpal tunnel syndrome. I was greeted nicely and remembered from the month before when my right wrist was done. This time the prep work was done by nurse Tori and she was just as great. She made me feel very comfortable during the long wait and I was very relaxed on entering the operating room. This was only minor surgery, but Nurse Tori made it a pleasant experience. Thank you, nurse Tori!
