We’ve had two rounds of NICU 3, and in the first go-round, Tori was not our nurse, but she was tending to the baby beside us. She was super helpful and hospitable to us and was eager to lend a hand to any of the other nurses in the unit.

This round in the NICU 3, we were lucky enough to have her tend to our little baby girl. Tori has the best smile and attitude about her work, and I can tell that she cares about the babies and us as a family! She is definitely the cream of the crop as far as I have witnessed in the 4 weeks that we’ve been here!!
