When I was in a terrible pain rate of 10, Tori was there, giving her best to make me feel comfortable. I felt the pain in my whole body that I wished to die on that day. Tori gave me prescribed narcotics, held my hand, and rubbed my head in support. She was in and out of the room even when I didn’t call her. She was so thorough in explaining to me all her nursing actions and informing her communications with my doctor. She stayed in my room until the pain subsided, and her soothing, calming voice played a big part in easing the pain until it subsided and I fell asleep. Tori is calm under pressure and very committed and passionate as a nurse. She always smiles beautifully inside/out. She is professional and has patient satisfaction in all her nursing activities. Kaiser and their patients are so lucky to have Tori as their nurse.
