When people are sick they can be very demanding. Toronda Wilson was rushing around and one patient was very rude. When it was our turn she still found the time to put on a smile and take care of the patient. Step-by-step she walked him through everything she was doing. The patient was just getting off work when sickness struck him so he was dirty, smelly, and sweaty but she was not afraid to get right in and clean the dirty spots to give him an IV. She wasn't laughing or making sarcastic remarks. She wanted to see him do better. She wanted to see a good outcome. She obviously loves her job. It was time for her to get off work, but she didn't put a rush on to hurry up. She still took her time. As a matter of fact, I saw her put her bags down to quickly come help.
