Even on a very busy ER night, Torrence took the time to answer all my questions and did his best to make sure I was comfortable. During a crazy shift when he could have gotten stressed and rushed through his duties, he made sure that I felt as important as any other patient. I truly appreciate his hard work and kind disposition!
