I am writing to commend Tosha, a nurse in the walk-in clinic, for the exceptional care I received. Tosha was incredibly efficient and friendly, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. I was particularly impressed by her thoroughness in reviewing my medication list. There were things on there that I hadn't been taking for months or years. She took the time to go through every item, identify changes, and ensure I understood my new regimen. This attention to detail gave me great peace of mind and demonstrated a high level of professional care.
