We have been coming to this ER for years, and it is always so pleasant to see Tracey! I feel relieved when I see that she is on duty. She always goes above and beyond her duties as a nurse. She explains everything so thoroughly, making my kids feel so very comfortable around them! She takes time and has the best patience as a nurse I have ever seen! She always stands out above the rest!
