Tracey was an absolute blessing to my mom and to our family. During this shift, we had to make the decision to change my mom's care to comfort care and she passed away just before shift change. Tracey was supportive, caring, and always right there to explain everything to us. Despite myself and my father being in healthcare, she never treated us like we should know what was next. She never hesitated to call the doctor when my mom was hurting to get medications ordered to make sure she was comfortable. Tracey made a horrible situation a little easier by being so kind and patient with a family in pain and despair while we said goodbye to our beautiful mom.
