I brought one of our young people in from our children's residential home. After being in the CSSU department overall for 15 hours, I could not have asked for a kinder and more supportive nurse. Tracey kept myself and my colleagues up to date with the plans and supported us thoroughly despite the young person being physically and verbally abusive. Tracey consistently made sure that myself and my colleagues were feeling ok due to being awake for such a long time. Tracey was nothing but kind and compassionate towards us and the patient. Tracey showed an understanding of our young person's complex needs and was incredibly patient. Tracey was efficient in managing other teams and professionals to visit our young person in order to have a plan in place. Tracey was absolutely lovely and it was an honour to have her treating our young person at such a time of need.
