I was a direct admit to the ICU from another hospital, arriving late in the evening. Tracey was my night nurse for 2 nights. She reassured me, answered all of my questions, stayed with me when I needed comforting and cleaned up after me when I vomited. She treated me with respect, kindness and compassion. As a fellow nurse, it is very humbling being a patient, yet I never felt like I was a burden. Tracey was a perfect example of how nurses should be. Thank you!
