Tracey went above and beyond to make sure that my son was well taken care of during our stay at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. She was always very kind, understanding, and very compassionate. One example of what she did for my son was, she took the time to wrap my baby's ears so that he could enjoy a hot shower. My son was admitted into the hospital for mastoiditis in both ears and it was difficult for him to shower. (no water could get in his ears) Tracey took on the challenge and went above and beyond to help my baby. She is a very special lady and nurse. She has left an impression on our hearts.
It is because of her that my son felt comfortable and that I am going to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse. She is the epitome of what a nurse is and should be. Thank you is not enough and words cannot express my gratitude towards her caring and hard work during my son's stay. She is an amazing nurse.
