The first time we met Tracey, she welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel so good, even though we were so worried about my husband's pain. We didn't know how very sick he was at the time. He was so scared. This nurse was attentive, compassionate, and very kind to my husband. The second time this nurse cared for my husband was during Holy Week. We had very serious episodes during these days. She was so professional. As soon as my husband started getting confused and sicker, she called a code and a whole team came from everywhere. I was so scared, but she was so kind and kept us calm that day. She was constantly stopping by the room to check on us. She is a very caring human being.

Tracey is pleasant, professional, and helpful in regard to my dad, the patient. Every question we had she was able to answer for us or she would find the answer. She was attentive and compassionate with my dad during both hospitalizations. She always worked so hard taking care of my dad. Always came into the room with a smile on her face. She has a great sense of humor. Ascension is lucky to have her on the team! All of the nurses are wonderful.
