Tracey received a thank you card from a patient's daughter. The patient had to have an emergency gallbladder surgery. Inside the card was the following message, "Tracey, I may have only known you for a short time, but you have left an everlasting impression on my life. The love and care that you showed during my mother's last days will not be forgotten." Tracey is caring and considerate and shows this daily in her interactions with her patients.
