I am a 62-year-old woman, and I have been going to NYOH Hudson since September 2024. In that time, I have had several awesome nurses. When I have Tracey, I feel blessed as she is caring, compassionate, and explains everything to me. She is empathetic, reassures me, and answers my questions. She has called me following up after my appointments on the results and relays instructions from my doctor. This detail and caring, I feel, is a benefit to the skills demonstrated in her profession as a nurse.

Also, in my observation as a patient, I have witnessed Tracey gathering the meds and supplies needed. She makes sure I have a pillow and a warm blanket. These small things don't seem like much, but to me they mean everything. I see her assisting other nurses, talking to the patients, always with a kind word. In my field, working with mental health and people in general, she exhibits all the qualities that people need more of. I have witnessed a great team of professional staff during this time. I am grateful I made the best choice for my treatment at NYOH Hudson.
