So, here you are Miss Tracey; caring nurse and one who wipes away tears.
Tracey, it has been several years since we saw you last, and it was so heartwarming to see a nurse from our past! You were a wonderful nurse and most often was a “charge”, what we remember most of you is responsibility so “large”? Oh yes my dear medial friend, there was an incident that involved you. You were part of a 3 man/woman team who tried to help this old fool! A catheter was removed from my body, and I was unable to pee! Out of compassion and human caring you tried to get a hose inside me! A struggle ensued as the 3 of you took turns trying to give relief. I knew I needed something done soon or death would come, for my relief! What I remember most of the struggle was the dedication of you three, No one stopped their quest to help me. All wanted this patient to pee! So, here you are Miss Tracey; caring nurse and one who wipes away tears. You are so noted and deserving to a poem every five years.
