Tracey Wentz, LPN

I came into the UPMC Mercy Emergency Room and was admitted to the CDU unit. All staff members did a very good job in caring for me and other patients in the CDU. One of my nurses, Tracey, took the time to really listen to me as I vented. Tracey showed me so much caring and compassion. Going above and beyond for me by talking and understanding what I was feeling. She made me feel like a human during a very stressful time. The emergency room was in organized chaos that day, but Tracey was able to make me feel like I was her only patient. She never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Tracey is a true gem!
