Traci French 2, BSN, RN

Traci was so attentive to every need and so personable. She showed compassion and was assertive/to ask for needed diagnostic services. Then, she made sure they happened in a timely manner. Both my husband (the patient) and I felt she was outstanding in her skill and care. He even noticed that she took more time while adding IV fluids and other services to ensure the comfort of the patient. Lastly, she clearly assessed his changing needs and found the appropriate medication that ended up making a huge difference in the level of BPC comfort of her patient. Traci seemed more like a friend than a nurse, which is a beautiful thing.

PS - Because it is ICU, she was on a 12 hr. shift and was pleasant throughout.
