My husband was told he needed open-heart surgery. We wanted him transferred to St. John Main where I worked as a nurse for 23 years. Traci facilitated the whole thing. She is such an amazing caring person. She always helps me personally ever since she has been at St. John but it's not just me. She always helps out, pitches in, tries to help with your schedule whatever. She really cares about her patient and about her co-workers.
Traci is the embodiment of all that is good, kind, caring, in a person and in a nurse; this nomination is long overdue. Every single person on our floor thinks Traci is awesome. I don't know if she's been nominated before but if she hasn't been she should have been. She is an excellent nurse. Excellent she is brilliant friendly and caring. But the best part is she is always there if something happens. Always the first one in the room. She is the best of the best. Bar none.
