Traci was the most welcoming and shining bright light to our stay thus far. She explained everything thoroughly and kindly. Traci took care of our boy N as if he were her own. She held N upright for all his feedings, grabbing oxygen out of the stomach in between half of each feeding, also grabbing oxygen before each feeding. Traci even called about 2 hours after we left, giving us the good news of no emesis after the first full feeding time frame. It was our absolute first night that we felt truly at ease when we left N for the rainbow house. She deserves all the accolades and respect for which we are sure she has. Thank you, Traci!
