Traci had already worked 16 hours in the ER and was going home. As she was on her way out, she was stopped and asked about resources for someone. A lady had come to the triage desk requesting help. She had no money or gas in her car and was trying to return to St. Joe with her four small children. Traci did not hesitate. She went to the ATM to get money. Those at the registration desk gathered food and diapers to give the lady. Traci gave them $100 to add with the diapers to make sure they would have gas and food to get to their destination.
