In July, my husband left this world for a better place. No more suffering with the pain. The reason I wrote to you is because I wanted you to know what happened in the early morning hours. Three ladies came into the room, one told me they were there to make David comfortable. One lady stayed by the sink with warm towels for the RNs who were on each side of the bed, and what they may need. They began to work on cleaning him up. As I watched them work it was like a team that knew what the other needed or was ready to do. They talked softly and went on treating him with respect. I knew as I watched, that they were "angels" taking care of him. When they were done with what they came to do, they told me they would be back, another night, and they were there until the end. I want to thank them and the Hospice team for all their help and support. It takes a special team to do what you do. Thank you.
