Traci Shoulders 2, RN, BSN

Traci made my father's hospice stay peaceful and met his needs promptly when needing care. She went above and beyond to ensure his wound was properly taken care of to help relieve pressure and pain. Traci walked my family through different stages of how to provide pain management to ensure he wasn't hurting. No one asked; she just went ahead and helped pick up some things while we were exhausted.

Traci put our food in the fridge so we could have it later. Traci also got ahold of the nursing supervisor to ensure our family member had a Coke Zero. Traci was a former co-worker when working at the hospital and she treated my family with love and compassion. I could not have asked for a better group of employees to help support us through this difficult time.
