Traci was recognized by a recent patient who was a recovering addict. This patient feels that others sometimes look at and treat her differently because of her history of addiction. She was touched by Traci's ability to see past this when helping to manage her pain. She was supportive and genuinely kind. She shared that Traci had touched her life and her heart and that she wanted to thank her for the outstanding care she provides.
