Traci was caring for a terminally ill cancer patient. They were from the same area of Iowa. The patient said that he loved Kolaches and how good one would taste. They both agreed that the town they lived in made the best kolaches ever.
Tracy made a trip to her home town and with her sister's help, they made a batch of Kolaches and Traci brought them to the patient and his family. He was so thankful and it really brought a smile to his face. She also recently donated paid leave to a co-worker who was off caring for her father who was newly diagnosed with stage 4 esophogeal cancer. Traci always goes above and beyond when caring for her patients and is a great role model for co-workers.
