Tracie Jennings, ASN

The level of care and service my mother recieved from Tracie can't be overlooked. Tracie came to my mom's room with compassion for the level of pain my mother was enduring due to her wound. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure my mother was comfortable. Tracie never left the room until my mom had everything she needed. I watched her change my mom, clean her, turn her, and make sure the team provided my mom with what she needed to be comfortable. She never complained, and not once did she say, "that's not my job". The level of service from Tracie was outstanding! She even held my hand when it was too much to watch my mom suffer. I could not have asked for a better nurse and caregiver for my mom. Tracie made sure I had an overall understanding of what I was facing, and she provided me instructions so I could continue the level of care when I'm able to take my mother home. I could not leave this hospital without writing something to let St. Vincent's know about this great person and nurse, Tracie. I can only say job well done, and thank you for your service.
