I was in the hospital for being assaulted and from the minute I was admitted, Tracie Kimmel and Kristen Thackeray-Ploughoft made me feel like I was at home. I never had to call them because they checked on me regularly and always took a few extra minutes to see how I was doing both mentally and physically. They made sure the pain was controlled and helped me with the tragedy I suffered by listening when I needed to talk and joking with me to help lighten the situation. Everyone at the hospital from the nurses and doctors to the cleaning lady treated me with care and love.
