Tracie is amazing. I am a nurse in CSU. My patient coded in CSU and she came to help with the code. She remained calm and facilitated much of the code. She assisted me in so many ways! The patient was going to start ECMO and Tracie went out of her way to make sure I knew how to manage the patient safely. She also offered to come help me after my patient returned from the OR. Tracie also allocated staff to CSU that specifically had experience with ECMO. She is a great team player! She is courteous, helpful, and highly intelligent. Many of my peers in CSU were very impressed with Tracie's helpfulness and knowledge. Thank you so much Tracie! You Rock!
