I would like to nominate Tracy DiCamillo, LPN, for the DAISY Award in recognition of her unwavering dedication, compassion, and extraordinary work ethic. Tracy consistently goes above and beyond by picking up extra shifts on the CLC. She accepts her assignments with grace and confidence and is willing to help wherever she is needed. No matter the assignment, she shows up ready to work hard. Her commitment to patient care is truly inspiring. Even during long stretches of overtime, she never lets fatigue diminish the kindness and attentiveness she provides. She treats every patient with dignity, patience, and genuine compassion. What sets her apart is her spirit. She has a generous heart and is always willing to lend a hand. She supports her colleagues without hesitation and fosters teamwork wherever she goes. Her wonderful sense of humor brings light to even the most challenging days, lifting morale and creating a warm and supportive environment for everyone around her.
