This is a message of appreciation to a phenomenal nurse, in particular, Tracy-Ann Taylor! I want to recognize her for her truly remarkable bedside manner, caring demeanor, and expert skills! In light of a nationwide shortage, Montefiore is very lucky to have this amazing nurse on its staff. My daughter came to 4 North dehydrated, scared, and in pain, and Ms.Taylor took great care of her. I am grateful! All the staff was professional and kind.
