Tracy Ball, MSN

This nurse has been an incredible manager, always providing assistance guidance, and support to her staff. This nurse is very approachable and willing to step out on the floor and help at the bedside. She advocates for our patients as well as our staff making it very clear how much she values her job. We truly value this nurse as a manager and she is a big part of why this floor is this floor. She deserves recognition for the amazing effort she puts into the unit and her staff.
