Tracy is a charge nurse for a busy 29 bed telemetry IMU. This unit receives patients within 24 hours of open heart surgery. Tracy models empathy and a caring attitude towards her colleagues and patients. She is known for her exceptional skill and is patient with her team when called upon to be a resource for difficult skills. She never makes her peers feel like she is too busy and always places the patients first. She is very thoughtful in all that she does.
