A letter from a patient said, “My husband had a very hard time healing and dealing with what goes with that and getting comfortable. I had major medical issues at the same time and was/is my husband’s caregiver. This nurse was the ultimate teacher and caregiver. This nurse put us both at ease and was extremely knowledgeable about everything, especially when teaching us how to prepare for and apply the urostomy bag. She was so kind and patient- the best! We looked forward to this nurse’s visit and knew we would learn a lot, but also enjoyed a lovely visit with a very professional new friend.
