... Tracy was working the day we were notified that there was a mother and baby in crisis. During the mothers stay, she confided to Tracy that she and her baby were homeless and she could not feed or provide basic care for the child. After assessing the situation and contacting the authorities, she gladly told the mother that she would open her home for the mother and child until other arrangements could be made. This act of kindness is not uncommon of Tracy.

It is an honor to work with her and an honor to nominate her, as I feel she exemplifies the meaning of the DAISY Award.
